What Are Sloths?
A bit of information about Sloths.

They grow up to 60 - 80cm tall and can weigh between 3.5 - 8k and their diet very much depends on the species of Sloth. Two-toed Sloths enjoy a range of insects, leaves fruits and even small lizards! Three-toed Sloths keep it simple with leaves from only a few specific trees.
Did you know? Baby Sloths learn what's tasty Sloth food by licking the lips of their Mother!
Are Sloths going extinct? Are Sloths Endangered?
As of October 2019 out of the 6 species of Sloth only the pygmy sloth is critically endangered and the maned sloth is vulnerable. However Sloth populations are in decline throughout South and Central America as they struggle to adapt to the urbanisation of the rainforest.
Why do Sloths Matter, have you seen how slow they are?
Jokes aside, Sloths are an integral part of tropical rain forest ecosystems, there's even a type of Moth aptly named a Sloth Moth that lives solely in the fur of Sloths!
